Ibiza…I wish you weren’t so far away! 🙁 Ibiza is one the most beautiful place I have ever been. Let me start by saying this trip is NOT a fair representation of my actual life haha while writing this I’m wearing old sweatpants & a t-shirt & chillin’ in our townhouse where I have mounds of laundry to fold. Just had to get that out there LOL okay back to the topic at hand… what we did on our trip to Ibiza! 🙂
If you have the opportunity to travel to Spain, I highly recommend going. Flights from Barcelona are super cheap… we paid around $100 each and only 45 min long!
Why only 3 days? This is part 2 of our trip to Spain. We spent 3 days in Barcelona and 3 days in Ibiza.
When you think of Ibiza… a certain Mike Posner song might come to mind and it is a “party city” similar to Vegas, but, just like Vegas, there is a lot more to do than clubbing. 😉 We didn’t go to any clubs at night so I cannot recommend or give any reviews on those!
We stayed in an Airbnb at Royal Beach. The complex was nice and, most importantly, we felt safe! The location was near the clubs. If we went back, I think we’d stay on the other side of the island more where the restaurants and beach clubs are.
WEDNESDAY // Day 1
This club was so much fun! We rented an area and, in comparison to Vegas, it was actually relatively affordable for drinks & food. For a ‘lily pad’, we had to spend $400 minimum on food & drinks. For 7 people spending the entire day there eating and drinking, that really isn’t bad. This was our only club experience for the trip, but I must admit… It was so fun!
WEDNESDAY // Night 1
Dinner at Patchwork
Highly recommend this restaurant! They serve Lebanese food & it is incredible!! The icing on the cake was when two women came by our table and this might sound really weird… but they were masseuses & gave us each a chair massage while waiting for our food for $10 Euro! HEAVEN. Haha!
There are also two other restaurants right next to Patchwork that look adorable & are owned by the same company. Check them out here.
THURSDAY // Day 2
You know how everyone says… “BEST DAY EVER!” well…. this will honestly go down as one of my top 5 “BEST DAYS EVER”!
We rented a boat for our best friend Chase’s 30th birthday. The boat took us to Formentara.. an Island south of Ibiza.
We rented the boat through our Airbnb management company, but the boat was docked at Marina Ibiza.
No day is complete without rosè hehe 😉
We did this!!! Not sure what it is called but we called it “Jet Feet” haha! This is a pic of my husband but we all did it!
Lunch at Chezz Gerdi in Formentara. Absolutely amazing. 100% recommend this
This coverup is SO cute & less than $40! You can change the straps to wear in different styles! Linked at end of post.
Side note: Ladies, there are THREE eligible Bachelors in this photo. 😉 All my single ladies, give your girl a shout… I’m playing matchmaker 😉 LOL!
This sunset was incredible. We stayed on the boat for the sunset before heading in for dinner.
Dinner @ Blue Marlin located at the Marina Ibiza
This dinner was amazing! Great views of the ocean.
I would also recommend Restaurant Lio at the Marina as well. We didn’t go but gosh did it look like a good time!! They have live shows and dancing. We were underdressed after being on the boat all day, otherwise, totally would have been there!
FRIDAY // Day 3
We spent the day at Cotton Beach Club.
There are chairs on the beach as well as a restaurant. We wanted our last day to be relaxing before the long trip home and this was the PERFECT place for that.
Lunch was AMAZING!
Beaches were super crowded!
Dinner our last night…. So we made reservations at a restaurant, but our cab driver took us somewhere completely different… so I have NO Clue where we ate, but we had a nice time LOL!
Did you read my post about the red dress? If not, here is it. Well… I talk about this special dress that I bought just for our trip to Spain and only wore it to dinner on our last night and didn’t get any good pictures… heres the only pic I have lol
Well that’s all folks! Now back to my real life & folding laundry haha!
Thank you SO much for reading.
